9 Mile Legacy

With the return of hockey earlier this week, my husband had already started planning an evening in as a family! It has become a tradition in our family that my husband and daughter make pizza for the game to go with whatever kind of beer he has picked up. Given that we have dedicated ourselves to supporting more local business' throughout the year, he thought it would be best to support our local liquid artists as well. 

9 Mile Legacy, new to the LB, was our choice for today and we were not disappointed. They had a large selection of beer in store but we decided to start with a Belgian-style Blonde Ale that they call The Ticket. It was delicious! A smooth finish that had a bit of spicy character to the finish.

We just had to checkout their website to learn a little bit more about their nanobrewery. Their inspiring story dates back to 1907 and details a journey that two Saskatchewan families went through to become the business they are today.
